WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A California sheriff's deputy will face a civil rights lawsuit for fatally shooting a 13-year-old boy who was carrying a plastic pellet gun resembling an assault rifle after the U.S. Supreme Court on Monday refused to hear the officer's appeal.
